Apartment Paramarin, is new apartment, located in two hundred years old house in the center of village.
Because of the unique position of the house, you have a feeling that you are on the command bridge of the ship, because the sea is on left and on the right. Feel the sound of waves and the smell of the sea. In the morning, immediately in front of the house buy live fish from fishermen ...
The apartment was built in 2008. year. Apartment size is 50 m2. It consists of a living room with dining room, two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and corridor. In the living room is located three-seater that is, if necessary, easily turned into a quality bed for two people with mattress with spring. In the larger room there is a double bed, and in smaller bed on the floor. Bed on the floor and has extra bed that can be used as needed. The apartment is then predicted for comfortable accommodation for 4 people, and if needed can accommodate up to 7 persons. The apartment is equipped with AIR conditioning, satellite TV , radio/cd/mp3/cassette player, fridge, microwave oven, washing mashine, dishwasher, hair dryer, complete kitchen equipment ... A distinctive feature of the apartment gives large terrace ( approx. 10 m2) with sunblind, which is located directly above the sea. Many consider that terrace is the most beautiful in the village, and probably is rarely found similar (with regard to the position) in the entire Adriatic.
For parking is used public parking, which is about one hundred meters away. Parking is free for our guests.Traffic cars is allowed only in the morning from 7 to 9 hours. Close to apartment there are several cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, post office, various shops, etc. You can swim in the village, or use one of the well-kept beaches on the edge of or outside the village. Not far from there is a famous beach Lovrećina

Price is renting apartments per day. The apartment can be rented only for the whole week. Tourist tax is included.
