This is Rent Price for apartment per night for 1-4 persons.

If fifth or sixth person are children under 12 years, then additional cost per fifth or sixth person is 6 euros.

If fifth or sixth person are adults or children from 13 years, then additional cost per fifth or sixth person is 12 euros.

For example: rent price in the period 20.07.-23.08. for 4 adults and child (11y) and child (14y) is 120+6+12=138 euros

Additional payment FOR PETS is 5€ per night! We accept only small pets weight up to 10 kg.

For rent 10 nights and more discount is 10% ( valid only for staying out of high season 20.07-23.08 ) !

Guests which arriving again have additonal discount of 10% ( valid only for staying out of high season 20.07-23.08 ) !

Tourist tax, internet, sheets, towels, final clean, and all other Apartment costs are included in price!

During the period 02.11.-31.03. guest has to pay for the consumed electricity.

During the period 01.10.-31.05. the minimum number of nights is 7.
